How Xgorithm uses AI, and where people stay in control.

An AI company should be clear about its own use of AI. This page explains what runs on this website, how we choose AI models for client projects and how your data is treated.

AI on this website

The demos on this website are scripted and run on sample data in your browser. No AI model receives what you type or click. When we add a live assistant to the site, it will say clearly that it is AI and offer a route to a person, and we will update this page to describe it.

AI in client projects

We choose the AI models for each project based on the task, the cost and where the data must stay, and we name the model providers in every proposal before work starts. Where a project needs it, we use providers that process data in the EU.

We do not use client data to train AI models, and we do not allow the providers we use to train on it.

People stay in control

  • AI prepares work such as drafts, data entry and plans, and a person approves anything that matters.
  • Every answer from a knowledge assistant shows the sources it used, so it can be checked.
  • Customer-facing assistants say they are AI and hand over to a person on request.
  • We keep logs of what each system does so that its behaviour can be reviewed.

The EU AI Act

We document each system we build, including its purpose, its data and its limits, so that you can meet your obligations under the EU AI Act. We do not build systems the Act treats as high-risk, such as credit scoring or hiring decisions, without discussing the extra requirements with you first.
